Refund policy

Results are not guaranteed, refunds are not accepted. Unless an exceptional error has been made, all items are non-refundable unless damaged in transport. This would be determined by communication with the seller. In order to start that dialogue, contact us immediately.

Consultations

All consultations need to be scheduled within 30 days of purchase otherwise they are forfeit and you would need to purchase another consult to reschedule. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any of the materials shipped are damaged in transport, please notify me with proof and I’ll be happy to replace and re-ship. 

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consultations, custom products (such as private rituals or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item by mistake, I'll be happy to accept the exchange, unopened, untested and in it's original packaging. We do not accept exchanges unless the item shipped is damaged or the incorrect item is sent.
