Butoh celebrates the leaving behind of all socially acceptable learned movements. Butoh is for every body. Anyone can pick up this expression.
This lesson includes a brief history, intention of this practice and some basic movements to try on your own at home.
I have studied the practice for about 12 years with different teachers who have many different styles of expression and instruction. Sharing Butoh and teaching the basics to those around me has become something I really love to do.
